2026 Retreats

Our retreats specialise in achieving focus, real-life connection (to nature and to others), stress management and for some the ability to reset. In 2026 we are offering retreats at UK locations and overseas in Italy, the Nordics and the Balearics. Options include 121 and group coaching sessions, wellness in the form of Breathwork, Tai-chi or Yoga and depending your choice there are themes aligned to; Growing your business, Executive Development, Personal Growth and Reset and Relaxation.
